Located at 1117 Michigan Avenue in Niagara Falls, the Center for Joy serves children and families in the north end of Niagara Falls. It was a separate agency until January 2009, when the Center closed its doors because of funding issues.
In May 2009, HANCI announced that it was reopening the Center for Joy as a program of HANCI. Stay tuned to this website for information about upcoming programs for children, scheduled to open in early 2010.
Meanwhile, the Center for Joy is still collecting diapers for families in need in the surrounding community. Individuals, businesses, and church and community groups support this program. To donate diapers or learn more, contact Wendy Harris at (716) 285-8224, ext. 132, or harris@hanci.com.
